What I do at Forty
I'm the Design Director, which means I'm in charge of the visual design for projects. I'm really interested in typography, layouts and illustration. But at the heart of everything, I want to communicate ideas that motivate people to act.

In addition to completing my Daily 365 project, I want to create a macro photography project with dioramas. You may be thinking, "Dioramas?! That sounds dull." But I assure you it isn't.

it would be Tina Fey.
I love the way her character on 30 Rock is written and how she portrays Liz Lemon. She's an awesome combination of awkward, geek, and cool. And she doesn't worry much about what people think of her.

Where does my inspiration come from?
There isn't really a nationally-known designer that I follow enough to be that influenced by. But watching the local designers I know try new things inspires me.
I hate neon clothes.
If you ever see me in neon clothing, approach with caution as I've likely been taken over by an alien in an Amy suit.
