I'm the Managing Director, which means my job's to keep the company moving forward. I do lots of new business development, marketing, operations, and strategy. I've also got plenty of hands-on experience with most of the areas Forty covers, so I can back up the rest of the team when needed.
I asked the people around me how they'd describe me in a single word, and here's what they said:
(NOTE: The people who think I'm a lazy, scattered, good-for-nothing couldn't be reached for comment.)
“The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the level of thinking that created them.” Albert Einstein
“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundation under them.” Henry David Thoreau
“We have a strategic plan. It's called doing things.” Herb Kelleher
“The aim of marketing is to make selling superfluous.” Peter Drucker
“Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell and advertise.” Ted Turner
I'm not a great photographer, but I'm working on it. Maybe in ten years I'll be good, and great ten years after that. In the meantime, here's what I'm doing:

Typography + Design + Justice. What's not to love?
