Scrum Alliance

Scrum Alliance is a global organization that exists to promote the Scrum framework. Scrum is an alternative approach to managing complex projects in teams, and Scrum Alliance is the hub of information, resources, and community for Scrum.

We completed an in-depth brand analysis for Scrum Alliance, including the completion of a Brand Handbook.

Following the handbook, we moved on to designing their brand new website. We worked with a locally-based development shop, Integrum, as well as the client, using the Scrum framework (a welcomed challenge for us) to create the website in small pieces over one-week Sprints. In the end, the website has received positive feedback on its usability and its intuitive organization of content.
